"Three S G Method" A deep mixing treatment method that pursues economic efficiency and high quality.

Over 8,700 construction achievements across all 47 prefectures in Japan! Thanks to our original construction quality management method, quality verification can be done as early as one day after construction!

In the construction method of the mechanical stirring type deep mixing treatment using conventional cement-based solidifying material slurry, a new technology has been introduced by installing the cement milk discharge ports above and below the stirring blades. During excavation, slurry is injected from the lower discharge port, and during extraction, it is injected from the upper discharge port, maximizing stirring efficiency and enabling the creation of high-quality improved bodies with minimal strength variation. (The stirring device has been patented.) Furthermore, as a result of pursuing quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, significant improvements have been realized through this new technology. In 2007, it obtained a construction technology performance certification from the Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association as the "Three S G Method." In 2009, the first revision was made, and the "Three S G-cube Method" (G-Cube Method) was developed for small-scale buildings. In 2011, a second revision was made based on accumulated construction results, achieving an expansion of the application range and a significant improvement in cost performance. Efforts are also being made to enhance practical training within the method association. Various training programs for obtaining certification have been recognized as eligible for subsidies from the Human Resource Development Support Grant (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare) and the Small and Medium Enterprises Capability Development Grant (JMAF Foundation), establishing an educational system for method engineers.

Relative Stirring Type Deep Mixing Method "DCS Method"

A deep mixing ground improvement construction system that achieves excellent quality!

The "DCS Method" is a cement-based deep mixing ground improvement construction system that creates DCS columns (soil cement columns). By injecting a solidifying agent (cement-based slurry) into the ground and mixing the soil, DCS columns (soil cement columns) are formed. The solidifying agent discharged from the DCS mixing blades (frame-type composite relative mixing blades) is effectively mixed and stirred with various soils, resulting in DCS columns that maintain excellent quality. 【Features】 ■ Large diameter columns of Φ2,000mm ■ Capable of reaching depths of up to 50m ■ Excellent mixing power through relative mixing ■ Outstanding capability to handle hard ground *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Deep Mixing Method "ECM Method"

"BCJ-Examination Certificate-66" Deep Mixing Method Using Cement-Based Solidification Material

The "ECM method" is a ground improvement technique that uses cement-based solidifying materials and specialized machinery to drill (penetrate) to relatively deep depths, mixing soil with the solidifying materials. Construction is carried out using a dedicated construction machine equipped with an IC card recording construction management device, ensuring uniform quality regardless of the soil types, such as sandy soil, clay, or loam. The method is based on a two-cycle construction process, with the first cycle at a standard speed of 1m/min and the second cycle at 2m/min. [Examples of On-Site Construction] ■ Fresh System Saitama Center New Construction Project (tentative name) ■ Kanagawa Institute of Technology New Lecture Hall Construction Project ■ New Construction of the Japanese Embassy Office in Benin ■ Strengthening Plan for Punjab State Technical College ■ New Construction of Honda Parts Sales Co., Ltd. Aichi South Sales Office *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Slurry-type machine agitation deep mixing treatment method "Ultra Column Method"

A new soil column method that achieves a strong foundation for buildings.

The Ultra Column Method is a mechanical mixing deep mixing treatment method that uses a cement-based solidifying material slurry. It employs a drilling head with a unique cross-shaped anti-rotation wing to reduce mixing failures caused by the soil's rotation phenomenon, which is problematic in viscous ground. Additionally, by measuring the resistivity of the column immediately after construction with a mixing tester, we can confirm the mixing condition and ensure the construction of high-quality columns. 【Features】 ○ Improved mixing efficiency with proprietary technology ○ Reliable quality control ○ A variety of improved forms available for selection For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Deep Mixing Method (Mechanical Agitation Method) "Epocolumn Method"

NETIS registered technology! A method that can prevent the phenomena of "ground movement" and "co-movement."

The "Epocolumn Method" is a ground improvement technique that enables the construction of high-quality columns by mixing slurry and soil in three-dimensional space through a composite relative agitation, where the outer wings, middle wings, and core wings of a cage-like structure intersect and rotate in different directions. With a highly rigid stirring wing shape fixed at both ends to the rotation axis and high torque performance, this method allows for ground improvement construction directly on hard ground or mixed gravel and cobble ground without the need for auxiliary methods, which were previously difficult. 【Features】 ■ Prevents the phenomena of "dragging" and "co-rotation" of the ground ■ Capable of constructing large-diameter columns ■ Excellent mixing performance for cobbles and gravel layers ■ Maintains good vertical accuracy of the pile core ■ Slurry discharge can be selected from the tip discharge port and the circumferential discharge port For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
